Brief Description
The Afterschool Program consists of 50 children and 5 volunteers a day. Children from ages 6 through 12 from the neighbourhood visit us 5 days a week for homework, reading time and engaging activities.
Children receive assistance finishing homework, specifically reading and writing. But it's not just work. We make sure every session has at least a portion of time devoted to games and fun projects to keep their young minds fresh and active.
