Brief Description
The On Your Mark Tutoring and Mentoring Program is an effort to support and improve the academic performance of students who are of Portuguese and Spanish speaking descent. The program welcomes over 200 students every school year, with over 100 volunteer tutors at 9 school locations from Monday to Saturday. Tutoring sessions are organized around the needs of the individual student. Apart from academics, the program encourages discussion and relationship building between tutor and student.
