Frontier College supports the Fraser Valley Regional Library’s “Library Live and On Tour” Service

Frontier College donated over 800 high-quality, brand-new books to the Fraser Valley Regional Library’s Library Live and On Tour program. Community Development Specialist Janeen Parent accepted the books, which will be directed towards learners and users of the mobile initiative who may be facing barriers to accessing traditional literacy services.

(LiLi, the Library Live and On Tour service's car, filled to the maximum safe capacity with just over 800 books!)

This donation of high-quality, brand-new teen and adult books will be distributed to learners and library users over the coming months, and will provide on-the-go access to reading and literacy skill-building. We look forward to hearing the stories of recipients of the books, as they are distributed!

A special thanks to Orca Book Publishers, whose generous book donations to Frontier College have allowed our literacy programming partnerships to flourish, such as with the Library Live and On Tour program.
